DKMP, LLC is a licensed Professional Investigator Agency offering a range of private investigation services including criminal defense investigations, Qui Tam investigations, healthcare fraud and medical provider investigations, employee background checks, fraud and identity theft investigations, surveillance, service of Civil Process, and skip tracing for those dodging official Service of Process. If we do not offer a specific service, we are always happy to assist in the search for an investigator in our network who may provide the service(s) requested.

The length of an investigation varies depending on the specific case, but we will provide you with an estimated timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.

The owner and qualifying officer of DKMP, LLC spent over 30 years working for the United States Government in various roles. Over 22 of those years were spent working as a sworn federal law enforcement officer, to include over 15 years as a Criminal Investigator (Special Agent). Other law enforcement assignments included the detection, prevention and interdiction of those involved in human and narcotics smuggling along the Southwest Border of the United States. After 9/11, the owner transferred to another federal agency which routinely deployed to assess, address and mitigate varying potential risks and threats to civil aviation transportation and travelers. 

The owner is also a proud Veteran of the U.S. Armed Services, who spent over 20 years in the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Air Force Reserve, where he was an active aircrew member. He retired at the rank of Master Sergeant (E-7).  

The diverse and proven background at DKMP provides an edge over many of our competitors whether it is canvassing a neighborhood for witnesses, initial contact with an accused or potential witness, or maintaining a low profile during periods of surveillance.

Since retiring from federal service and starting DKMP, the owner has remained actively involved in various investigations and security/surveillance details. DKMP looks forward to the opportunity to meet your investigative needs!

The owner and qualifying officer of DKMP, LLC maintains active membership in the National Council of Investigations and Security Services, Michigan Council of Professional Investigations (MCPI), Indiana Society of Professional Investigators, the National Association of Professional  Process Servers (NAPPS), Michigan Court Officers, Deputy Sheriffs and Process Server Association (MCODSA), and is an Accredited Business with the Better Business Bureau. The owner is a Criminal Defense Investigative Training Council (CDITC) Criminal Defense Specialist, as well as a MCODSA Certified Process Server. 

The costs involved in an investigation depend on multiple factors. Prior to any service we will assess your needs defining the scope of services and provide a detailed written quote. We do require most clients to provide a retainer up front based upon a written agreement signed by both the client and the owner of DKMP, LLC.   Give us a call and let's talk about it!
